Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ISW AI, a service that converts images and audio into editable Word documents. ISW AI is a proprietary brand developed and operated entirely by SnapDoc AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

ISW AI lets you convert photographs, printed pages, handwriting, and audio recordings into editable Word documents. Results are generated automatically using artificial intelligence models and may not be perfectly accurate. Please review your documents before relying on them.

2. Credits, Payments, and Billing

• Credit Allocation: New accounts receive a specific number of free conversion credits. Additional credits can be purchased through the pricing options shown in the app. Each attempted conversion uses one credit.
• Secure Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorise Stripe to collect payment via your designated payment method.
• Data Security: SnapDoc AI does not store or process your raw credit card numbers or financial credentials; all sensitive billing details are securely tokenised directly via Stripe.
• Refund Policy: All sales of digital conversion credits are final and non-refundable once credits are consumed, subject to your non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ISW AI only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to upload. You may not use the service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing material.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including Australian Consumer Law), SnapDoc AI is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, system downtime, or from inaccuracies in generated documents.
