ISW AI ("we", "us", or "our") provides a service that converts images and audio into editable Word documents. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it. ISW AI is a proprietary brand developed, owned, and operated entirely by SnapDoc AI (Australia). By using our service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When you log in or register using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, profile picture URL, and email address. We use this data solely to create, identify, and secure your user account. We store your account details alongside your conversion credit balance.
- Google Data Compliance: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or use your Google user data for advertising purposes.
2. Your Uploads and File Processing
- Temporary Processing: Images, documents, and audio files you upload are processed strictly to perform the requested text/audio conversion and produce your editable Word document.
- Immediate Deletion: Your uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete.
- No AI Training: We strictly do not retain your uploaded files, images, or audio recordings, and we do not use your content to train any artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
3. Third-Party Services and Data Transfers
To provide a reliable service, we securely share specific data with trusted infrastructure providers:
- OpenAI API: Your uploaded images or audio are transmitted securely to OpenAI via private API endpoints strictly for processing and document generation. We do not grant OpenAI any rights to retain or train on your content.
- Supabase: Used for secure user authentication, infrastructure hosting, and account data storage.
- Stripe: Used for secure payment processing. All payment transactions are handled entirely by Stripe; SnapDoc AI never accesses, views, or stores your raw credit card numbers or financial credentials.
- Cross-Border Transfers: Because these providers operate secure cloud servers globally (primarily in the United States), your data may be processed outside of Australia.
4. Data Retention and Your Rights
We retain your account data (email and credit balance) only for as long as your account remains active. Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, or request the permanent deletion of your personal data at any time. To request complete account and data deletion, simply contact us at support@isw-ai.com. We will process data deletion requests within 30 days.
